This is a 1990 Kenner Rat Fink Rad Rods set that has been opened.

It comes in a blister package with a soft vinyl character, a hot rod miniature car, and a trading card.

Condition:
There are torn blisters, yellowing, scratches, dirt, etc. Please judge from the images.

This is the Rat Fink Rad Rods series released by Kenner in 1990. The car is made of plastic and the figure is made of soft vinyl, and it can be moved so that you can hold the shift knob and steering wheel.
